Bill began his investment industry career in 1987. After 27 years at Merrill Lynch, he moved with the team to Stifel in 2016. His firm belief is that the stock market is the best place for long-term wealth, but clients need to understand that short-term unpredictability and volatility is the price we all pay for long-term performance.
Bill earned a B.A. from Colby College – Waterville, Maine, and holds Series 3, 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Outside the office, Bill is a long-time board member and twice past president of the Genesee Valley Conservancy. Bill and his wife, Meg, were married in 1985, and raised their four children in Geneseo. Outside the office, Bill loves to run and spend weekends helping manage his family’s farms.
Andy has more than 25 years of investment industry experience, working alongside Bill since 1996. Andy earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation and strives to bring the best of modern portfolio theory to our clients. He enjoys modeling and building highly customized investment strategies to mitigate portfolio risk while seeking to enhance long-term performance.
Andy earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from SUNY Brockport and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). He lives in Canandaigua, New York, and enjoys casual golf in beautiful Western New York. He also knows more about baseball cards than most.
RJ joined Stifel in 2022, bringing seven years of client and asset management skills to our team. He previously worked at Brighton Securities Corp. and Wells Fargo Advisors. With a high attention to detail, RJ drives our wealth planning work while helping our clients in their endeavor to build and maintain their wealth through proper investment planning.
RJ has a background in marketing and politics and earned a B.A. in Communication and Rhetoric from Nazareth College – Pittsford, New York. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). Outside of the office, RJ is involved with various committees at Monroe Golf Club and is a member of the Donald Ross Society and Make-A-Wish Foundation. He resides in Pittsford with his fiancé, Amanda, and plays a very competitive game of golf – look for him on the local leader boards.
Annette began her financial services career in 1995 and joined Stifel in 2023 as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining Stifel, she served in various leadership roles at CBCInnovis and Innovis, with the latest being vice president of Strategic Solutions.
With The River Oak Team, she is dedicated to building relationships with clients to assist them in pursuing their short- and long-term goals. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Annette participates in various community and networking groups and is a member of the Rochester Women’s Network and Ontario County Chamber of Commerce.
She and her husband, Jeff, reside in Canandaigua, New York. They have five children and two grandsons. Outside the office, Annette enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Rosemary has been in the banking and finance industries since 1995 and has been part of the team for nearly 10 years. She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She provides dedicated operational services and enjoys daily interactions with clients. Rosemary loves to bake and enjoys spending time with her family and furry friends.
Krissy began her career at Merrill Lynch in 2000 in the operations department, after earning a B.S. in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology – Rochester, New York. Shortly after, she transitioned to the role of Client Service Associate.
Krissy moved with the team to Stifel in 2016. Some of her responsibilities include scheduling client reviews, addressing day-to-day client service needs, and supporting our financial advisors to deliver the best possible client experience.
Krissy and her husband, Bob, both grew up on the west side of Rochester and now live in North Chili. They keep busy raising their two teenage children who are actively involved in their school, sports, and the community. Krissy is a literacy volunteer at her local elementary school, is involved in her church, and is on multiple committees for their son’s travel baseball program. She has also worked on initiatives to help promote and improve listening and spoken language programs and services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children in the Rochester community.
